Buy a seat for each agronomist, hand the seats out by email, and take one back when someone moves on. Each agronomist keeps their own login and their own notes.
How seats work
- One invoice. Card or direct debit, monthly, per seat.
- Handed out by email. Give a seat to an address. It applies now, or the moment that person signs up. Given to someone still on their free trial, it waits until the trial ends, unless they start it sooner.
- Already subscribed? Their own plan carries on until they switch, from Settings, at the end of the month they have paid for.
- Taken back when someone moves on, and handed to the next person.
What every seat includes
Everything in the plan: AI write-ups of every recording, follow-ups on a to-do list, emails drafted from a note, export to a spreadsheet, and every Insights card.
- Spray conditions: Delta T, wind and rain, hour by hour.
- Disease forecast: A week of risk for the diseases you watch.
- Fungicide cover: When each paddock’s cover runs out.
- Mite spray timing: The spring fortnight for redlegged earth mite.
Questions agronomists ask
How much is a seat?
Each seat is priced as one AgronomyNote plan, and seats bought while the founder price lasts get the founder price. The prices are on the pricing page.
Can an agronomist who already subscribes join the team?
Yes. Give their address a seat. Their own plan carries on until they switch to the seat from Settings, at the end of the month they have paid for.
Does an agronomist keep their free trial when they take a seat?
No. Taking up a team seat ends the free trial, and it does not come back if the seat is later removed. A seat given mid-trial waits until the trial ends, unless they start it sooner.
Does each agronomist need their own login?
Yes. Each seat is one agronomist, with their own login and their own notes.
