A paddock walk checklist
What to have written down before you leave the paddock:
- The grower, the paddock and the date.
- The crop, the variety and the growth stage.
- What you saw, and where in the paddock you saw it.
- Weeds, and where.
- Photos of anything you will want to show the grower.
- What you will recommend or check next, and by when.
Or say it instead
AgronomyNote turns a spoken paddock walk into this record. Talk as you walk, and AI writes it up under the same headings, files it under the grower and paddock you name, and puts every dated follow-up on your to-do list. Several paddocks can go in one recording, and every note can be exported to a spreadsheet at any time.
Questions agronomists ask
Is the paddock inspection template free?
Yes. Download it and use it as you like, no account needed. It is a plain CSV file, so any spreadsheet opens it.
Why these columns?
They are the headings AgronomyNote writes every voice note under: crop, growth stage, crop comments, weeds, and reminders and actions, with the grower, the paddock and the dates around them.
Can AgronomyNote fill it in for me?
Near enough. Say what you see and AI writes the note under those headings for you to check. See how a voice note becomes a record.
